Spectrum Auction No. 66 update

Today's USA Today has this article about the spectrum auctions, which, they report, could end today. How do the results reported in this article compare with the interim results discussed earlier on this blog? Do you see any change in strategy by the carriers as the auction proceeded?

Within a week after an earlier report, we see new competition coming in from the cable giants namely Comcast, Time Warner and Cox. They come in third place and are expected to be a big rival in wireless market. I see competition is more intense as new bidders want to get in to business and existing carriers want to expand their network and services i.e. T-mobile.
