There are some interesting presentations up at the NANOG 47 website. In particular, this paper is an interesting global look at network traffic, and this one seems to be a nice presentation on LTE.

I suppose that the only reason for shrinking of P2P traffic is that many websites now offer online streaming of media without any interruptions which was problematic before some time (at that time P2P idea worked more closly to the needs)
